Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Plants Over Pills, operated by Rasean Hodge, MD ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information you provide on gamedcard.com when you pre-register for a consultation about Georgia's Low THC Oil Registry (SB 220).
What we collect
- Contact info: name, email, phone, mailing address, county.
- Identity info you choose to share: date of birth, sex, Georgia driver's license or state ID number.
- Optional intake info: qualifying conditions, diagnosis, symptom duration, current medications, allergies, prior cannabis use, caregiver details, questions.
- Booking info: your Calendly appointment details when you schedule a consultation.
- Site usage: basic technical logs (IP, user agent) to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
- Schedule and prepare for your free 15-minute consultation.
- Verify Georgia residency and prepare your Low THC Registry application if you qualify.
- Follow up about your visit and, if you opt in, updates about future online consultations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the small set of vendors we need to run the practice — for example our booking platform (Calendly), our backend/database provider, and — where required — the Georgia Department of Public Health for registry submissions you authorize.
How we protect it
Data submitted through this site is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a Row-Level-Security-protected database. Access is limited to Dr. Hodge and authorized staff who need it to serve you.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@gamedcard.com. Deleting data may end our ability to serve you.
Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice or a prescription. A consultation with Dr. Hodge is required before any recommendation is made.
